The award ceremony took place during the opening session of the Cytokines 2025 conference on November 2, 2025, at the Westin Seattle, Seattle, Washington, USA. The laureates each received an award sum of $10,000 USD. The ICIS-Pfizer Award, formerly known as the Seymour & Vivian Milstein Award, has been presented since 1988 and stands for excellence in interferon and cytokine research.
