06.03.2025Junior Faculty Development - neues Programm

With the Junior Faculty Development Program the Faculty of Medicine offers you continuing education courses in leadership. The course content is designed to address the challenges you face every day as an assistant professor with a leadership role. The courses will equip you with the tools to succeed in the complex environment of clinical activities, research and teaching, while balancing this with a healthy personal life. 

The program is aimed at participants of the Leadership Program for Professors of the Faculty of Medicine and the Vetsuisse Faculty of the UZH as well as Assistant Professors and Externally Funded Assistant Professors of the Faculty of Medicine and the Vetsuisse Faculty.

The next SIWF-recognized course Conflict Management will take place on Thursday, 12 June 2025 and Thursday, 19 June 2025, from 9.00-13.00 at Simulationszentrum USZ, with Prof. Jan Schmutz and PD Dr. Michaela Kolbe.
