The Dr. Wilhelm Hurka Foundation (Zürich) calls for:
Research Grant proposals for Projects on Parkinson’s Disease and Neurodegenerative Disorders.
The Dr. Wilhelm Hurka Foundation is a private, Zürich based foundation dedicated to support basic and clinical research on Parkinson’s Disease and other Neurodegenerative Diseases at the University of Zürich, ETH Zürich and the Zürich University Hospitals. Calls are published every two years; 10 projects were funded over the last 8 years. The projects should address key questions of disease pathogenesis, pathophysiology, or novel approaches for therapies or prevention. The project description (5-7 pages max.) should include a paragraph highlighting the previous expertise and contributions of the principal investigator and should end with a detailed budget (CHF 50’000 - 100’000). Please, also include the CV of the principal investigator and, if applicable, of the group member(s) for which a salary is requested.
